Welcome to TPMS-KSA. We are pleased to offer our 10% Cashback program. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in this offer.

1. Eligibility and Participation

1.1. Eligible Customers: This offer is available to all registered customers of TPMS Saudi Arabia who possess an active account and a functional electronic wallet on our website.

1.2. Offer Period: This offer is valid starting from [21 - 09 - 2026 ] until further notice. The store reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.

1.3. Applicable Products: The offer applies to all products available on the website unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description.

2. Cashback Calculation

2.1. Cashback Percentage: Customers will receive a fixed cashback of 10% (ten percent) of the total eligible purchase value. This is calculated after applying any other discounts and before adding shipping fees or VAT.

2.2. Minimum Spend: There is no minimum order value required to benefit from this offer. It applies to any eligible purchase regardless of the amount.

2.3. Maximum Cashback Limit: The maximum cashback amount granted is 50 (Fifty Saudi Riyals) per single order/transaction.

* Example: If your purchase total is 600 SAR, you will receive 50 cashback (the maximum limit) rather than 60 (10%).

3. Receiving and Using Cashback Credit

3.1. Credit Issuance: The earned cashback will be credited to the customer’s electronic wallet within [ 3-7 days] after the order is confirmed as "Delivered" and the official return period has expired.

3.2. Credit Validity: The credited cashback is valid for 30 days (thirty days) from the date it is added to the wallet. After this period, any unused balance will automatically expire and cannot be compensated.

3.3. Redemption: Cashback credit can be used as a payment method or a partial/full discount for future purchases exclusively on the TPMS Saudi Arabia store.

3.4. Non-Transferable/Non-Refundable: Cashback credit is a virtual store credit. It cannot be withdrawn as cash, refunded to credit cards, or transferred to another customer's account.

4. Cancellations and Returns

4.1. Order Cancellation: If a customer cancels an order before shipping, no cashback will be calculated or credited.

4.2. Product Returns: If a customer returns a product purchased under this offer (fully or partially):

* The cashback amount earned from that specific purchase will be deducted from the customer’s wallet balance.

* If the customer has already used the earned cashback for a subsequent purchase, the equivalent value will be deducted from the refund amount due to the customer.

5. General Provisions

5.1. Amendments: TPMS Saudi Arabia reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

5.2. Fraud Prevention: The store reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of fraudulent activity or misuse of the cashback program.

5.3. Acceptance: Participation in this offer constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
