We'd like to clarify some important points regarding your order:


Returns and Exchanges

If your order is a complete set, and you wish to make a partial return, your order will be adjusted by parts (retail).

If there is an error in the order or an issue, the gold warranty policy will apply and the store will bear all shipping costs and replace the ordered item with the correct one or return it.

You can return within 72 hours of receiving the order and exchange within 7 customer days for any reason from the customer

The return fee is 29 riyals, including administrative fees and shipping policy The order is delivered to the nearest branch of the Saudi Post Company or SMSA according to the customer's desire, making sure that the order is well packaged as it is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us.

If the shipment is returned due to non-receipt, the customer bears a re-shipment fee of 19 riyals, and it will be coordinated to resend it or cancel the order according to your convenience in case of cancellation, the order cancellation policy below applies.





Cancel the order before dispatch or if the shipment is returned without the customer receiving it?



Please note that the amount will be refunded on the same payment method, but in case of payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Tabby or Tamara, a 3% payment gateway fee will be deducted, which is a non-refundable fee charged by the service providers.




For international orders:

The customer is responsible for all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company.


If there is a manufacturing defect or error in the order, you will be fully reimbursed by the store.


All refunds will be returned by the same means of payment, and if this is not possible, we will return the amount by bank transfer.
