The service is provided directly at the customer's location
The new key is checked and programmed in the event that we are unable to provide the service due to an issue on our side, such as a malfunction in the device or it does not support the mentioned vehicle, the full amount will be returned minus the attendance fee of 20 riyals only.
In the event that the issue appears to be in the vehicle's computer, the owner will be notified of the issue and given a chance to fix it and will be entitled to another visit for only 30 riyals.
If the issue is from the key provided by the customer, where the frequency is wrong or the internal chip has an issue, the customer is given the opportunity to buy another key from us or another provider and program it for free, with an attendance fee in case of the need to come at another time for only 30 riyals.
