Exchange and return policy

We are delighted to have you with us and always strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can request a return or exchange according to the following conditions:

Return and exchange period

You can return the product because you do not want it or for any reason specific to the customer (not defective) within 3 days from the date of receipt of the order.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or the product not matching the description, you can return or exchange it within 7 days from the date of receipt.

After this period, the customer has the right to submit a replacement request under the terms of the Gold Warranty.

Conditions for accepting returns or replacements

In order for a return or replacement to be accepted, all of the following conditions must be met:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and not installed on the vehicle.

All original accessories such as cables, wires, controllers, screws, and user manual must be available.

The original box or packaging must be as intact as possible (it does not have to be 100% new).

The original purchase invoice or order number must be available.

The product is not one of the excluded products such as vehicle tracking devices, subscriptions, SIM cards, or products designed according to customer request.

Return and replacement fees

Return fee: 27 SAR, including administrative fees and shipping policy.

Replacement fee: 34 SAR, including the costs of reordering and sending the replacement.

Payment gateway fees:

Payment by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express → 3% deduction + 3.45% tax.

Payment by Mada card → 2% deduction + 2.3% tax.

Payment via Tamara, Tabby, or Maysa Pay → 7% deduction + tax and 1.73 of the order value.

Payment by cash, bank transfer, or transfer to an e-wallet → No fees and the full amount is refunded.

Please note that cancellations after a shipping policy has been issued will incur a shipping fee.
